What SALT does
→SALT is a data intake platform for insurance agencies. Prospects fill out your Forms through shareable Links, or your agents take them through Live Intake on a call. The resulting Submissions are organized in your agency's Submissions list, and Integrations send the data on to your rater, CRM and other tools.
Getting startedCreate your first Form
→Go to Forms > Prospect Forms and click Create a New Form. Give it a Name and Form Identifier, choose a starting point (blank or a preset such as Monoline Auto or Home & Auto), and click Let's go!. SALT creates the Form with a primary Link named Default. Open that Link yourself, fill it out, and confirm the Submission shows up before sharing it.

IntegrationsAgencyZoom integration guide
→Connect AgencyZoom with your AgencyZoom login (Basic or Single Sign On), then set your lead defaults (assignee, lead source, pipeline, stage) and opportunity defaults. Leads aren't created automatically: from a Submission, you review possible duplicates (matched by the primary insured's email), create a lead or link the Submission to an existing one, then create opportunities for each line of business.
Custom QuestionsCustom Questions overview
→A Custom Question is an agency-authored question that captures data SALT's standard questions don't cover. Each one belongs to a category (Auto, Home, Prospect, and so on), is asked once per policy or once per vehicle, driver, or property, and must be published before it can be added to a Form or Live Intake template. Your plan caps how many you can have published at once, and SALT blocks questions that would collect prohibited sensitive data.
Account & BillingPlans and pricing
→SALT offers three standard plans (Propel, Propel+, Middle Market) plus Custom for enterprise, each billed monthly or annually. Each plan defines user seats, Submission limits, custom role count, Custom Question count, and whether Reports are available.
