AgencyZoom integration guide
→Connect SALT to AgencyZoom to push completed Submissions as leads and opportunities. The integration creates new leads on submission, matches against existing leads where possible, and handles duplicates and merges. Reauthorization is occasionally required when AgencyZoom's OAuth tokens expire.
Connecting, disconnecting, and reauthorizing integrations
→Connect by providing credentials and (where required) authorizing via OAuth. Disconnect to remove credentials; disable to keep them but pause sync. Reauthorize when "needs reauth" appears — credentials have expired or been revoked.
Epic Quotes integration guide
→Epic Quotes is a lead aggregation platform. Activation requires SALT staff approval — after you connect with your tenant ID and token, the integration sits in "pending activation" until support reviews and approves. Contact support to expedite.
EZLynx integration guide
→EZLynx integration sends Submission data into EZLynx for comparative rating. Setup includes account-level credentials and (for some workflows) per-user EZLynx usernames so quotes are attributed to the right agent.
Gaya AI integration guide
→Gaya AI is an underwriting workflow integration. SALT sends completed Submissions to Gaya AI for underwriting analysis or workflow routing. Connect via the integration setup, toggle Forms on, and verify in Gaya AI after a test submission.
HawkSoft integration guide
→HawkSoft integration sends completed Submissions to HawkSoft for intake into your AMS workflow. Standard SALT fields (Insureds, vehicles, properties, contacts) map to HawkSoft fields directly. Custom Questions and non-standard data may not transfer — check the data mapping reference.
Integrations overview
→SALT integrates with comparative raters, agency CRMs/AMS systems, data providers, and automation platforms. Integrations are configured at the agency level and toggleable per Form. Each has its own status (enabled, pending activation, needs reauth, disabled).
PL Rating integration guide
→PL Rating is a comparative rater integration covering personal lines (auto, home). Connect with your PL Rating credentials, toggle on the Forms that should send, and submit — rating responses are stored on the Submission for review.
QuoteRUSH integration guide
→QuoteRUSH is a comparative rater integration covering personal lines (home and auto). Connect with your four QuoteRUSH API credentials, then send a completed Submission manually — home and auto can go together as a single bundled lead. Sending locks the Insured and line-of-business data so the lead in QuoteRUSH matches what you sent.
Troubleshooting integration sync errors
→Walk through integration status, Form toggles, recent error logs, and vendor-side data. Most issues resolve via reauth, fixing a Form toggle, or correcting a missing field. The recent error log on the integration is the single most useful diagnostic.
Webhooks integration guide
→Webhooks are SALT's general-purpose outbound event mechanism. You point a URL at SALT, configure which events should fire, and SALT delivers JSON payloads with retry and verification baked in. Best for custom integrations Zapier doesn't cover.
Which questions are sent to which integration
→Each integration has its own field map. Standard SALT questions generally flow to integrations cleanly. Custom Questions need explicit mapping to land in vendor systems. Some standard fields (like Occupation) aren't part of every vendor's rating flow.
Zapier integration guide
→Zapier connects SALT to thousands of other tools via no-code workflows. SALT exposes triggers (new Submission, contact created, Form progress events) and actions (fetch a Submission). Connect via Zapier's SALT app and authorize.
