Add Your Team's EZLynx Usernames

Learn how to add your team's EZLynx usernames so data can be auto-synced directly to their EZLynx account.

EZLynx usernames can be entered into SALT to facilitate seamless data transfers directly to an EZLynx account.

[Note: *Admin/Owner permissions are required to configure these settings.]



⚙️ To Configure EZLynx Usernames:​

  1. Select Configure Usernames.

  2. Enter EZLynx username(s), then tap Save & Request EZLynx Activation.


    ​After entering a username and selecting "Save & Request EZLynx Activation," the username status will show as pending


    EZLynx typically activates it within 24 hours, but often in just a few minutes. Once activated, that user will receive an email confirmation from EZLynx.

    [Note: We recommend temporarily disabling auto-sync (which is on by default) until the new EZLynx username is authorized and activated to prevent continuous error messages and notifications.]


Syncing Issues - "Unauthorized EZLynx Username"

If you're experiencing syncing issues or receiving emails regarding an "Unauthorized EZLynx Username," it likely means that either your username is entered incorrectly in your SALT > EZLynx settings or it hasn’t been activated yet on the EZLynx side.

Steps to Remedy:

  1. Verify The Username in EZLynx:
    - Log into your EZLynx account and verify your correct username.

  2. Update Your SALT Settings:
    - Navigate to your SALT > EZLynx settings.
    - Ensure the username matches what's in the EZLynx account.

  3. If the Username Does NOT Match:
    - Enter the correct username.
    - Click "Save & Request EZLynx Authorization."

  4. If the Username DOES Match:
    - Copy the correct username from the EZLynx account.
    - Go back to your SALT > EZLynx settings, paste the username, and click "Save & Request EZLynx Authorization."


    EZLynx authorization typically takes up to 24 hours, but it can sometimes be as quick as 5 minutes. Keep an eye on your SALT > EZLynx settings. Once the "test" succeeds, you're all set to sync submissions to your EZLynx account! 🙌
