While at the time, our app doesn't have a built-in feature to generate what's known as a 'continue link,' you can manually create one by following the format below:
This link can then be sent back to the prospect so they can finish a submission.
➡ To Create a Continue Link/URL:
Access the Prospect's Submission
Go to the Dashboard or Submissions section in SALT.
Select the prospect's incomplete submission.
Find the Submission ID
In the left-hand Details sidebar, locate the prospect's submission ID.
Create the Continue URL
Use the following URL template:
https://insuranceform.app/s/submission_id/continueReplace
submission_idwith your prospect's actual submission ID.
Example:
If your prospect's submission ID is Su_GDxbbNtinIo, the URL would be:
https://insuranceform.app/s/Su_GDxbbNtinIo/continue
Note: You can't build a "continue link" using an Agency-generated submission. This workaround is only possible with a Consumer-submitted submission.
