While filling out their SALT application, your prospect’s email or phone number is captured. That contact data is used to send each prospect a confirmation of their submission.
Depending on which communication method your prospect specified, they will receive a confirmation email or text from your agency immediately after submitting their info.
This submission confirmation is fully customizable by your agency via Confirmation Templates and includes a link for them to review their submission if they want.
Note: Once submitted, the prospect can no longer make changes to their submission.
