Documents can be uploaded to both Agency & Consumer Generated submissions. 📤
While in the past, only the consumer was able to upload documents via the "Documents" step, now you as the agent have the same ability. 🙌
You can access the "Upload Document" option by:
Navigating into a submission,
Selecting Documents tab,
Tapping Upload Document.
You can also access this option from the Submissions > Quick Actions menus.
