Submissions cannot be "deleted" per se, but they can be archived so that they're removed from the submissions view. You can always "unarchive" a submission if needed.

To Archive a Submission:

  1. Navigate to the submission you'd like to archive.

  2. Open the Quick Actions menu on the top right of the screen.

  3. Select Archive Submission.

To Unarchive a Submission:

  1. Navigate to your submissions list.

  2. Using the search filter on the left, mark the Archived checkbox.

  3. Select the submission you'd like to unarchive.

  4. Open the Quick Actions menu on the top right of the screen.

  5. Select Unarchive Submission.

[Note: A submission cannot be unarchived if its current status has been set up to auto-archive. The auto-archive setting can be configured in the Statuses section of your SALT account, as pictured below.

To unarchive these submissions, you’ll just need to change the submission’s status to one that's not set to auto-archive its submissions. Changing the status of an archived submission to any active status will automatically unarchive it.
