Learn how to customize submission notifications and control who is informed when a submission is received.

You can designate multiple employees to receive notifications for a given Form. Notifications can be received for either New Leads or Submissions.

In short, the "Lead" status is tied to an incomplete submission, meaning the Form flow hasn't been fully completed by the consumer. Once a submission changes to "New," you'll know that the consumer has fully completed their Form.

To Configure Notifications for a Form:

  1. Navigate to your Forms section,

  2. Select a Form,

  3. Switch to the Links tab,

  4. Select "Settings," then Notifications.
