SALT provides email notifications when declaration pages are received, but only under specific conditions, as defined below.
When Notifications Are Sent
• Manual Dec Page Request: If an agent manually creates a Declaration Page Request link (from the Documents tab in a submission) and sends it to a prospect, they will receive an email notification when the declaration page is uploaded.
• Assigned Form Submission: If a consumer completes a form that includes a dec page upload step, and the form is assigned to an agent, that agent will receive a notification when the dec pages are uploaded.
(Dec page-only links follow the same rule as assigned form submissions.)
When Notifications Are Not Sent
• Prospect Uploads Dec Pages via the “Upload Documents” Button in a Form Submission: No notification is triggered when a consumer uploads declaration pages using the “Upload Documents” button as part of a form submission. This is an intentional design choice.
• Unassigned Form Submissions: If a form submission is not assigned to a specific agent, no agent will receive a notification when dec pages are uploaded.
