Overview

We’re excited to introduce a new feature in the Consumer Form that provides color theme options and enhanced branding capabilities! This update includes customizable color themes, padding adjustments for agency logos, an option to remove illustrations from the form, and improvements to the preview experience within the Form Editor. Below is an overview of each aspect of this new release.

Color Themes

We’ve added 17 color themes to the Consumer Form, allowing agencies to choose from a variety of colors to better align with their brand identity. The standard “blue” theme is set as the default.

Customizable Header Logo Padding Options

In some cases, uploaded agency logos were cropped to the edge, sometimes resulting in unsightly display issues. To address this, we’ve introduced four padding options for uploaded logos:

  • None: No extra white space (default setting)

  • Tight: Adds a small amount of white space

  • Comfy: Adds moderate white space

  • Spacious: Adds the most white space

Form Illustrations

Agencies now have the option to remove illustrations from the Consumer Form if they prefer a more streamlined and professional appearance. This option allows for a cleaner look that may better suit some branding preferences.

Link Preview in Form Editor

In the Form Editor’s Question Preview, you can now select which Link’s branding to preview on a specific question. Note that this selection is temporary and will not persist through page refreshes or question updates. While not fully robust, this feature allows a quick look at how branding will appear on a given question.

Accessing Form Theme Settings

This setting is accessible in both the agency-level settings and in each Link's settings.

Agency(Location) Level Settings are found under the Branding section in Settings. This will apply as the agency-wide default.

Link Level Setting can be found under the Branding section within the settings menu for each individual Link, accessible from your Forms section.

By default, the Link-level setting is set to “Agency Default,” which applies the Agency-level choice. Adjustments made here will override the Agency-level setting for that specific Link.
