Each Form has specific settings that can be configured to your agency's needs. Forms can also contain multiple Links, which contain certain settings that can be edited individually from the Form.

To Configure Form Settings:

  1. Navigate to the Forms section.

  2. Select the Form you'd like to configure.

  3. Add/remove steps (questions) as needed.

  4. Switch to the "Confirmation" tab to customize the content of the email and text messages sent to prospects after completing this form.

  5. Switch to the "Reminders" tab to create automated follow-up reminders that can be sent to prospects who have not yet finished their submissions.

  6. Switch to the integrations tab to activate/deactivate certain integrations that can be configured on a per-Form basis.

  7. Switch to the Links tab to configure more in-depth settings associated with a Form's Link(s).
