How do I assign a submission to an employee?

Submissions can be assigned or reassigned to staff members. This step allows your agency to understand better who is responsible for what. Depending on your rating integration, this assignment may also sync to the rater.

To assign submissions:

  • Navigate to the desired submission in your SALT account

  • Locate the edit box next to the current assignment’s name

  • The assignment takes place once an option is selected from the dropdown list

To reassign submissions:

After you've assigned a submission and now you would like to reassign that same submission even further:

  • Navigate to the desired submission in your SALT account

  • Locate the edit box next to the current assignment’s name

  • The reassignment takes place once an option is selected from the dropdown list

Note: Only the newly assigned employee is notified of the reassignment change.
