Customize Question Text

Ability to customize the title and subtext within a question to better brand your agency's specific needs or recommendations. Options include:

  • Text Formatting (bold, italic, strike)

  • Hyperlinking Text

  • Bulleted & Numbered Lists

State-specific Recommendations

Ability to dictate state-specific recommendations for your prospects within questions related to limits, deductibles, etc.

The options that the agent chooses to include/exclude in the default "Nationwide set" will be used unless overridden by a "state options set" selected by the agent.

Customize Rater Options

Ability to customize and exclude certain options to better align with your specific needs and the comparative rater your agency is utilizing.

User Seats

Refers to the number of people within your agency that need access to SALT. If your agency needs more than the 5 user seats allocated within the Propel plan, contact sales to discuss the *Custom plan option.

Submissions

A SALT submission contains all of the information, documentation, and details pertaining to an individual's insurance request.

A submission includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • Insured's Contact Info

  • Submission Details

  • Requested Lines of Business

  • Integration Data

  • Included Documents
