2025 Billing Updates & Enhancements
Updated this week

We're excited to introduce updates to SALT's billing system in 2025, designed to give you more control and transparency over your usage and plan management.

Submission Thresholds

Each SALT plan includes a specific submission allotment to help you manage your data usage effectively:

  • [Propel] 50 submissions per month / 5 User Seats

  • [Propel+] 100 submissions per month / 10 User Seats

  • [Middle-Market] 500 submissions per month / 15 User Seats

What Happens When You Reach Your Submission Threshold?

Once your monthly submission limit is met, you will need to take one of the following actions to continue using SALT.

1. Upgrade Your Plan:

Increase your submission allotment by upgrading to a higher plan. Select the plan you want to subscribe to, and tap Upgrade Now.

2. Choose an Overage Option:

  • Do Not Allow Overages: Don't use data credits to process additional submissions.

  • Temporarily Use Data Credits: Utilize your existing data credits to process additional submissions for the current month.

  • Always Use Data Credits: Set SALT to automatically use your data credits whenever your monthly submission limit is reached.s

Threshold Notifications

To help you stay informed, we’ve implemented proactive notifications:

  1. Email Alerts - These alerts will provide timely notifications about your usage status and the required next steps.

  2. Banners in the SALT App - These will alert you when you are nearing or have met your monthly submission limit.

Once You’ve Met Your Threshold

When your submission limit is reached, you must select an overage option to continue processing submissions within SALT. These notifications will guide you through the process and provide links to manage your plan or data credits easily.

Integrations

To ensure smooth operations with your integrations, every SALT user must maintain a Data Credit balance. If you run out of credits, you will need to either:

  • Purchase More Data Credits: Navigate to the billing section to add more credits to continue utilizing your integrations.

  • Deactivate Integrations: Temporarily disable integrations if additional credits are not purchased.
