The SALT integration with HawkSoft allows you to transfer prospect, home, and auto submission data into your HawkSoft management system using a CMSMTF file — reducing manual entry and streamlining your workflow.

Getting Started

Connect SALT & Hawksoft by navigating to Integrations and switching the toggle to the on position.

Sending Data from SALT to Hawksoft

The HawkSoft integration is powered by HawkSoft’s CMSMTF file format. Follow the steps below to generate and use these files:

📥 Download a HawkSoft Policy File

Open the submission you want to send to HawkSoft.
Switch to the Lines of Business tab.
Select the HawkSoft integration from the left-hand sidebar.
Click to download the CMSMTF file for the policy you’d like to import.
Open the file in HawkSoft to complete the import.

Note: At this time, this integration does not pull data back from HawkSoft into SALT. This is a one-way push from SALT to HawkSoft.
