Duplicating Forms
You're able to duplicate SALT forms, which will copy the same information and settings of an existing form to an additional new form that you're able to name whatever you'd like.
You can duplicate a form as many times, just be sure you've got the initial form set up exactly as you'd like before duplicating.
To Duplicate a Form:
- Navigate to your Forms section.
- Select the form you'd like to duplicate.
- Tap Quick Actions in the top-right corner of your screen.
- Select Duplicate Form.

Alternative: Create a New *Link* Instead of Duplicating a Form
If you donβt need to make changes to the form itself, such as adjusting questions, steps, confirmation messages, reminders, or integrations, you may not need to duplicate the form at all.
Instead, you can create a new Link from your existing form. This allows you to reuse the same form configuration while customizing specific settings for each use case.

Creating a new link will copy the configuration from the main tabs (Steps, Confirmations, Reminders, and Integrations) while giving you flexibility to adjust each individual Link's:
- Name
- Assigned user
- Tags
- Notifications
- Branding
- Embed settings
Each link can be shared with its own unique URL or QR code and will track its own individual performance and stats.
This is often a faster and more efficient way to create multiple versions of the same form without needing to duplicate and manage separate forms.
