For all deductible & limit questions, you can use the gear icon under "Settings" to choose what options to display to the prospect. We call this customizable feature the "State Options Set."

You can also recommend a specific option that will be displayed as the Agent Recommended choice. The options you include or exclude in the Nationwide set will be used as the default unless overridden by a specified state options set.

The state options set allows you to tailor the options shown based on the state selected by the prospect, ensuring that they only see the options that are relevant to their state.



To Configure a question's State Options Set:

  1. Tap the gear icon under "Settings."

  2. Open the dropdown designated Nationwide Options Set, and select + Add State Options Set.

  3. Select a state to set options for.

  4. Once you've selected the state, uncheck the options you don't want to be displayed to consumers seeking coverage in that state.

    You can also select the "Agent Recommended" option to the right of the displayed options.
