Utilizing the Integration

[Syncing Data to AgencyZoom]

  1. Open the submission you want to manage.

  2. Switch to the LOB tab.

  3. Scroll to "Third-party integrations" and select AgencyZoom.

  4. For new entries, adjust fields to the desired configuration and select Create Lead.

  5. Select the LOBs you'd like to build a lead opportunity for in AZ and click Create Opportunities. ("Skip for now" is also available.)

  • Duplicates -

When potential duplicates are found, you'll have the opportunity to review the information and choose to merge (Complete Association) or create a new lead.

  • Lead Marked As Won/Lost in AgencyZoom -

When a lead has already been marked as won/lost in AgencyZoom, you will be unable to add additional opportunities for that lead. In these instances, you'll see one of the images below.

  • Merged Leads Not Accessible -

A lead will not be accessible within SALT once it has been merged with another lead inside of Agency Zoom. To proceed, you'll have to select from a potential match provided or create a new lead. In these instances, you'll see the image pictured below.

Auto-sync is NOT available for the AgencyZoom integration because:

  1. There is a large potential for duplicates with AgencyZoom. Our integration helps you ensure you send SALT data to the right AgencyZoom lead in the case of a duplicate.

  2. Our integration allows you to build AgencyZoom Lead opportunities, which, depending on how your integration is set up, may or may not require a selection(s) from you.
