Custom Questions: Security & Prohibited Data

Custom Questions cannot be used to collect sensitive or regulated information.

Examples of prohibited data:

• Social Security numbers
• Tax ID numbers
• Credit card or banking information
• Medical or health information
• Passport or government ID numbers
• Biometric data

To help enforce this policy, the system automatically scans question titles, labels, and answer options for restricted content. If prohibited data is detected, the question cannot be saved or published.

The screenshot below shows one of the messages that would be displayed when restricted content is detected.
