Submission IDs
Each time a prospect completes a SALT Form, their submission is automatically assigned a Submission ID—a unique identifier used to track and manage that specific entry in the system.
Because these Submission IDs are unique to each prospect submission, it helps SALT’s support and development teams identify and troubleshoot specific entries when needed.
You may be asked to provide this ID when:
- Reporting a submission-related issue
- Requesting help with a specific entry
- Following up on technical troubleshooting
Where to Find the Submission ID
To locate the Submission ID:
- Go to the Submissions section
- Click into the relevant submission, which will bring you to the "Overview" tab.
- The Submission ID will be displayed in the "Details" box.
Tip: You can copy and paste the ID when submitting a support request to speed up troubleshooting.
