Uploading Submission Documents
Documents can be uploaded to both Agency & Consumer Generated submissions. 📤
While in the past, only the consumer was able to upload documents via the "Documents" step, now you, as the agent, have the same ability. 🙌
You can access the "Upload Document" option by:
- Navigating into a submission,
- Selecting the Documents tab,
- Tapping Upload Document.
Note: This option can also be accessed from the Submissions > Quick Actions menu.
