Archiving/Deleting Submissions
Submissions cannot be "deleted" per se, but they can be archived so that they're removed from the submissions view. You can always "unarchive" a submission if needed.
To Archive a Submission:
- Navigate to the submission you'd like to archive.
- Open the Quick Actions menu on the top right of the screen.
- Select Archive Submission.
To Unarchive a Submission:
- Navigate to your submissions list.
- Using the search filter on the left, mark the Archived checkbox.
- Select the submission you'd like to unarchive.
- Open the Quick Actions menu on the top right of the screen.
- Select Unarchive Submission.
Unarchiving Submissions with Auto Archive Status:
SALT allows you to create custom statuses that can be configured to "Auto Archive" a submission when it's applied.
A submission cannot be unarchived if its current status is set to auto-archive.
To unarchive these submissions, you’ll just need to change the submission’s status to one that's not set to auto-archive its submissions. Changing the status of an archived submission to any active status will automatically unarchive it.
