Manage Employee/User Seats
Hereโs a quick breakdown of what each plan includes in terms of user seats:
- [Propel] up to 5 users
- [Propel+] up to 10 users
- [Middle-Market] up to 15 users
Account Owners/Admins can add or remove user seats at any time by following the steps outlined below.
Add User
- Navigate to Settings > Users & Roles.
- Tap Add User.
- Enter the team member's name, email, and phone number (optional).
- They should then receive an invitation at the email address provided.
Once accepted, the new employee will have access to SALT. ๐

Remove User
- Navigate to Settings > Users & Roles.
- Select the (...) icon next to the team member you wish to remove.
- Tap Delete User from the menu.
- Select Confirm.
Once confirmed, that employee will lose access to SALT. ๐

Upgrade your plan for additional user seats:
- Navigate to Settings > Billing
- Click on the (...) icon next to your pricing info.
- Select Upgrade Plan.
- Choose the plan that accommodates the required number of seats and confirm the upgrade.
This will adjust your plan to support the additional users.

Note: If you had 6+ seats before the February 2024 billing update, that count is grandfathered.
Adding more seats will require a plan upgrade and will forfeit your grandfathered status.
