Manage Employee/User Seats

Hereโ€™s a quick breakdown of what each plan includes in terms of user seats:

  • [Propel] up to 5 users
  • [Propel+] up to 10 users
  • [Middle-Market] up to 15 users

Account Owners/Admins can add or remove user seats at any time by following the steps outlined below.


Add User

  1. Navigate to Settings Users & Roles.
  2. Tap Add User. 
  3. Enter the team member's nameemail, and phone number (optional).
  4. They should then receive an invitation at the email address provided.

Once accepted, the new employee will have access to SALT. ๐Ÿ”‘


Remove User 

  1. Navigate to Settings Users & Roles.
  2. Select the (...) icon next to the team member you wish to remove. 
  3. Tap Delete User from the menu. 
  4. Select Confirm.

Once confirmed, that employee will lose access to SALT. ๐Ÿ”’


Upgrade your plan for additional user seats:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Billing
  2. Click on the (...) icon next to your pricing info.
  3. Select Upgrade Plan.
  4. Choose the plan that accommodates the required number of seats and confirm the upgrade.

This will adjust your plan to support the additional users.


Note: If you had 6+ seats before the February 2024 billing update, that count is grandfathered.

Adding more seats will require a plan upgrade and will forfeit your grandfathered status.
