Understanding "Beta" Features in SALT

Overview

At SALT, we’re constantly building new tools to help agencies work faster and more efficiently. Occasionally, we release new features in a beta phase. This means the feature is available to customers while we continue refining and improving it.

Beta releases allow us to gather real-world feedback from agencies like yours before the feature becomes fully finalized.

What “Beta” Means

When a feature is in beta, it is fully usable, but it may still be evolving. During this phase you may experience:

  • Minor bugs or unexpected behavior
  • UI or workflow changes as we improve the experience
  • New capabilities being added over time
  • Performance adjustments based on customer feedback

Our team actively monitors beta features and rolls out improvements quickly as we learn how agencies are using them.

How You Can Help

Your feedback plays a huge role in shaping beta features. If you notice anything unexpected or have ideas for improvement, we’d love to hear from you.

Helpful feedback includes:

  • A detailed description of what happened
  • Screenshots of the issue or workflow
  • Screen recordings showing the behavior
  • Steps to reproduce the issue (if possible)

This information helps our team diagnose and resolve issues much faster.

How to Report Feedback or Issues

Please send feedback and reports to: support@saltinsure.com

When possible, include:

  • The feature you were using
  • What you expected to happen
  • What actually happened
  • Any screenshots or recordings
  • As much detail as possible

Thank You for Being Part of the Process

Your patience, feedback, and real-world usage help us refine new features faster and make them more valuable for all SALT agents and subscribers.

We truly appreciate your help in shaping the future of SALT. 🧂
