If you'd like to ask your client a question that's not yet offered within the SALT library, you can utilize the Notes form step to do so.

The Notes form step is a free-form, fully customizable text field located within the [Conclusion] category of a form.

Below, you'll find a few suggested ideas on how you can use the Notes step to accomplish more with your SALT forms.

  • Create a numbered or bulleted list of documentation needed.

  • Hyperlink to an outside source.

  • Ask additional questions not provided within the SALT database.

  • Provide helpful recommendations to your prospects.
